How To Complete This Training
Thank you for being part of our kids team!
You get to be involved in telling our kids all about Jesus and this is a privilege that we don't want to take for granted. To keep our kids safe and fulfill our commitment to their parents and guardians we have a safeguarding policy.
To that end, anyone working with kids at Christ Church has to (as a minimum):
1. Complete the 2 short training videos
2. Get 100% in our quiz
3. Fill in the self-declaration
4. Complete a DBS form

Self-Declaration Form
Please complete and sign a self-declaration form. You should have received your individual link in the email that led you to this page. If not, you can request one using the button below.
The link will take you to Hellosign, which is our e-signature software. You will be able to read, sign and date the document using your phone, tablet, or desktop. You do not need any special software to do this. Once complete we will be notified.

If you haven't received a DBS application form from us yet, you can use the link below- this is the UK criminal records check to show eligibility to work with children.

Have you...
1. Watched both videos
2. Successfully completed the quiz (full marks required)
3. Filled in the self-declaration form and returned it (physically or uploaded)
4. If new (have you completed the DBS forms and brought in the required evidence? See Pg. 9-10 of this doc to check
