• What happens at The Big Weekend?

Over the course of the weekend there will be a variety of sessions, included sermons, groups for young and older children, family activities/group games, and much more! This is complimented by time together eating at meal times throughout the day.

  • Where is the big weekend 2025?

Quinta Conference Centre near Oswestry, about 50 miles from Liverpool. You can camp, or stay in the conference centre accommodation (a mixture of room sizes, mostly with bunk beds, bring your own bedding) or book a nearby hotel.

  • What time does the weekend officially start?

You can arrive any time from 7pm, on Friday 9th May. The first session starts at 8:30pm.

Dinner will not be provided on Friday night, so please eat before you come. There is a McDonalds not far from Quinta where you can grab a bite on the way if you like.

  • How much is the Big Weekend Away?

There are a variety of prices for this event. We have tried to keep the price as low as possible. If money is an issue for you, we'd rather have you there for a reduced price than not have you! Please email Preeti or speak to your church leader. We also offer payment plans if it would be easier to pay over a period, just send a confidential email to Preeti.

Find more information and detailed pricing on the sign up form!

  • Is food provided?

Yes! Food is provided on Saturday and Sunday, but not on the Friday. You will need to make arrangements for yourself/your family’s eating plans that evening.

Meal times are scheduled to accommodate the majority, but if you or your children may need snacks between meals, please feel free to bring your own, as there is no shop onsite.

There will be facilities to heat milk/ food for babies, if you need access, please just ask one of the organisers.
