Gifts for the Community
Your gift will go a long way in making our friends at Hope Cafe feel valued and remembered at Christmas. Most of them will never have received a present like this, so thank you very much!
You can pack your own gift or you can buy one online and we will pack it for you! Scroll down for guidance on packing your own gift. Please note, we are only collecting gifts for men this year, as almost all of our visitors are men.
Who are they for?
All gifts are for our friends at Hope Cafe, refugees in our city and those seeking asylum.
What shall I include and how much might it cost?
You can include
- Hat/gloves/scarf and socks
- Art supplies/craft kits and stationery
- Chocolates and sweets (vegetarian and halal only)
- Toiletries
- Small games
We estimate the cost will be about £15-£20 per gift bag... you could always share it with a friend.
When can I drop them off?
Sunday services: 24th November, 1st and 8th December.
Please drop them off unsealed so we can add a letter.
