Host a Refugee this Christmas
We’re looking for people who are happy to host a meal for Hope Cafe visitors on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or Boxing Day. This is a wonderful opportunity to share the love of Jesus with those who are far from home and family.
Who could I host?
We’re looking for people who would like to host a meal for some regular Hope Café visitors on Christmas Day.
How many people can I invite?
It’s totally up to you! You could invite individuals, or families.
What if we don’t speak the same language?
There are several good translation apps you could use, such as Microsoft Translator. You could also play games that need no language skills e.g. Jenga, Pick-up-sticks etc.
Should I transport my guests?
It would be very helpful if you could organise transport for your guests to and from their accommodation, as public transport might not be available.
